3. A Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting Your Organization to Xero:

Step 1: Navigate to Organization Settings:

Access the ‘Organization Settings’ from the bottom left of your Base dashboard.

Step 2: Access the Apps Tab:

Once inside the organization settings, click on the ‘Apps’ tab to view available integrations.

Step 3: Begin Xero Integration:

Find Xero in the list of available apps and click on the ‘Authenticate with Xero’ button. A modal will pop up, displaying the permissions required by Xero to integrate with Base. Review these carefully.

Step 4: Add to Organization:

Click on the ‘Add to Organization’ button. A login form for Xero will appear. Enter your credentials and proceed.

Step 5: Confirm Your Organizations:

A dropdown menu will appear, asking you to confirm which Xero organization you wish to connect to Base. Ensure that the information displayed is accurate before clicking ‘Continue’.

Step 6: Select Xero Tenant:

You will be redirected back to Base. Select the correct Xero tenant from the provided list and click ‘Continue’.

Step 7: Completion:

Once everything is set up correctly, a confirmation message stating “You're all set!” will appear. Click ‘Finish’ to complete the setup process.
